Scribe. is built by Feather Studio, a solo indie developer. This policy explains what data Scribe. collects, how it's used, and how it's protected. The short version: your notes are yours. Feather Studio does not collect, access, or sell your personal data.
Nothing on our servers. Scribe. stores all your notes locally on your device using standard iOS storage. No account is required and no data is sent to Feather Studio servers.
iCloud sync (optional, Pro). If you enable iCloud sync, your notes are stored in your private iCloud database managed by Apple. Feather Studio has no access to this data. It is encrypted and governed by Apple's privacy policy.
Voice transcription (optional, Pro). When you use voice input, audio is processed on-device using Apple's Speech framework. Audio is not stored beyond the active recording session and is not sent to Feather Studio.
Scribe. contains no third-party analytics SDKs, no advertising frameworks, and no tracking of any kind.
Scribe. Pro is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple through the App Store. Feather Studio does not handle or store any payment information. Purchase records are managed entirely by Apple.
Scribe. does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The app does not require registration or any personal information to function.
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Scribe. after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
