By downloading or using Scribe., you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Scribe. is developed and maintained by Feather Studio, a sole proprietorship operated by Daren Irlen.

Feather Studio grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Scribe. on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract its source code.

The notes you write in Scribe. belong to you. Feather Studio makes no claim to your content and has no access to it. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

Scribe. Pro is available as a one-time in-app purchase. All purchases are final and processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.

Pro features include voice transcription, iCloud sync, and additional fonts. Feature availability may change in future updates, though we will not remove core Pro features without notice.

You agree not to use Scribe. for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm Feather Studio or other users. You may not use the app to store or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.

Scribe. is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Feather Studio does not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Use the app at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feather Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Scribe., including loss of data.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Scribe. after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
